Security Personnel Recruitment and Screening

Celestial requires all security personnel applicants to undergo strict pre-employment screening, qualifications and references confirmation, proficiency tests, medical and neuro-psychiatric examinations (including drug-test) before being allowed to formally apply for employment. It applies appropriate measures to determine the authenticity of all security licenses and other government clearances (NBI, PNP, Barangay, etc.) and other personal documents submitted.

Selected applicants are then required to undergo extensive orientation and training emphasizing on company and client rules and regulations, proper work attitudes, human relations, and basic/ advanced knowledge covering subjects such as; professional conduct, physical security and safety system, courtesy and discipline, first aid, fire prevention and control, parking and traffic control, operation of CCTV and electronic system, loss prevention and control, weapons and self-defense, strikes and crowd control, threats and emergencies. These are in accordance with Celestials, program of instruction and indoctrination.
